The solution – Skin rejuvenation with myHYPPP®
Our plastic surgery practice in Munich is a leader in the field of rejuvenation using the body’s own substances. Compared to conventional filters, EmaCure® is made from your own blood. Key to the procedure is the ingredient HYPPP® (Hypoxia Preconditioned Plasma), which is cell-free plasma obtained from the patient’s own blood.
HYPPP® contains an optimized composition of regeneration factors that lead to rejuvenation and regeneration of your skin. The procedure is highly scientific and was developed at the Department of Experimental Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery of the TUM at Klinikum Rechts der Isar. It is possible to use myHYPPP® as a cream and EmaCure® as a filler.
myHYPPP® as filler
Embedded fibrinogen (a natural substance) myHYPPP® is used as a filler for wrinkles and soft tissue defects in the face. After activation of the fibrinogen, it transforms into a gel-like substance that functions directly as a filler comparable to hyaluronic acid preparations.
The effect of the embedded regeneration factors is long-term. They act as a signal substance for your body and stimulate it to activate its own natural regeneration mechanisms. With an immediate effect as a filler and long-term rejuvenating properties, it is the ideal hybrid substance between permanent and temporary substances.
The immediate filler effect lasts for about 6 months. The application can be repeated within 4-6 weeks. A combination with other filters, a laser treatment or a facelift is possible.
myHYPPP® as cream
In our clinic, the rejuvenating regeneration factors are embedded in a cream containing hyaluronic acid. The regeneration factors penetrate your skin from the surface and give it the signal for the body’s own rejuvenation. The application should be carried out as a cure over a period of 6-8 weeks. Since the regeneration factors are proteins, they must be stored in the refrigerator. A combination with other filters, a laser treatment, eyelid lift or facelift is also possible.
Does a myHYPPP-LIFT® have risks?
Since it is a cell-free substance produced naturally in the body, no allergies can occur to the regeneration factors. As with conventional injections, smaller bruises and temporary undesired swellings can occur. myHYPPP® treatment as applied in our practice in Munich is the most modern scientific form of rejuvenation with endogenous substances.
How is myHYPPP Cream® produced?
For myHYPPP Creme® or a liquid myHYPPP-LIFT® treatment an appointment will be made with you in our practice in Munich, where we will explain the possibilities and limits of the procedures. The next step is a blood collection. Your blood will then be preconditioned for the production of regeneration factors in our practice in Munich. A wound situation is simulated for your blood, so that it produces the desired signal substances/regeneration factors quite naturally.
The pre-treatment of your blood and production of the regeneration factors takes about 7 days. After successful production of the regeneration factors, you can take your individual myHYPPP cream® with you on a follow-up appointment and start the cure immediately. For an injection treatment with myHYPPP® a follow-up appointment will also be arranged. As with conventional filters, the injection with myHYPPP® as a filler takes place in our practice for plastic and aesthetic surgery in Munich.
