What does myHYPPP-LIFT® do?
Our series myHYPPP® Lift is a gentle facelift, without any cuts. In our practice in Munich, collapsed and sunken areas of your face are specifically supplemented with volume, padded and lifted again. With the myHYPPP-LIFT® (Hypoxia Preconditioned Plasma), we use a state-of-the-art, effective and natural filler, which is composed of a gel component and your body’s own rejuvenation factors. The procedure is one of the most modern scientifically based techniques in plastic and aesthetic surgery.
In experienced hands and when used correctly, myHYPPP-LIFT® produces a beautiful and natural firming effect. A lift with myHYPPP® is useful if the sunken skin is not yet suitable for a surgical facelift, if you prefer a gentler therapy or if you want even more padding after a facelift. A myHYPPP-LIFT® at our Munich office can also be combined with a facelift, an eyelid lift, other synthetic fillers or own fat, a laser treatment or the EmaCure® rejuvenation cream.

The solution: a myHYPPP-LIFT® – Facelift in Munich
In our practice for plastic and aesthetic surgery in Munich, the active ingredients for your individual myHYPPP® are extracted from your blood. It contains her body’s own regeneration factors, which stimulate her skin to rejuvenate on its own. Embedded in a naturally occurring gel-like substance, the procedure has an immediate cushioning effect but also stimulates your skin to rejuvenate and regenerate in the long term.
As it is a naturally occurring substance that is produced naturally in the body, there is little chance of intolerance, and it allows for the padding/lifting of larger areas of the face. With an immediate effect as a filler and long-term rejuvenating properties, it is the ideal hybrid substance between permanent and temporary substances. The immediate filler effect lasts about 1 year and the rejuvenating effect is permanent.
Does a myHYPPP-LIFT® have risks?
After the treatment you will quickly be socially acceptable again. However, depending on the size of the treated area, additional swelling and bruises are not uncommon. These could be hidden by make-up and disappear completely by themselves after a few days. What remains is your younger, firmer and fresher face. As these are natural substances produced naturally by the body, no incompatibilities are known so far.
What kind of narcosis is used?
In the case of large-area injections of myHYPPP® or if you are sensitive to pain, your skin will be numbed with an appropriate cream before the treatment. In addition, it is possible to precede local pain relief by injecting local anaesthetics or to carry out the treatment under light sedation.

1 The personal counselling interview
Normally you do not need any special preparation for the liquid facelift and face lift with myHYPPP®-LIFT. Depending on the extent of the planned treatment, you can return to your usual activities straight away.
2 Clarifying the risks
You should not take any blood-thinning medication for 14 days before the treatment. In case of extensive treatments, you should, if possible, reduce your professional and private activities to a minimum for a few days after the injection therapy.
In addition, we ask you to sign a consent form prior to the procedure, which includes your name and date of birth, and states the nature of the surgery and any possible complications addressed. Your signature ensures that you have received the appropriate information and agree to the operation with knowledge of the risks.
3 The preparation & the treatment
For myHYPPP-LIFT® an appointment will be made with you in our practice in Munich, where we will explain the possibilities and limitations of the procedures. The next step is a blood sample, this appointment takes about 30 min.
Afterwards, your blood is treated for the production of the regeneration factors in our practice in Munich for approx. 7 days and your regeneration factors are produced. After successful production of the regeneration factors, the myHYPPP-LIFT® will take place at a second appointment in our practice for plastic and aesthetic surgery in Munich.
What should be considered after a myHYPPP® treatment?
Directly after the surgery
After the treatment, a slight stinging or pulsation of the treated areas may occur. Sometimes there is slight swelling, occasionally minor bruising, which usually disappears within a few days. Any redness that may occur usually disappears within the first 24 hours.
In individual cases, especially in very fair-skinned people, redness can sometimes last for a week. Tiny crusts may form over the injection sites, which heal within a few days. A small bandage for 24 hours may occasionally be useful to fix the preparation and reduce facial expressions.
Restrictions & recommendations
You should avoid the sun for a few days and then use a good sunscreen. If you are planning a very extensive treatment, you should take it easy and rest for a few days afterwards. If you experience sudden pain or other symptoms, please contact us immediately.
What does myHYPPP-LIFT® cost?
For your myHYPPP-LIFT® we will prepare an individual cost estimate after a detailed examination and a detailed consultation. A liquid lifting with myHYPPP® is usually used to improve the external appearance. Therefore, the costs are usually not covered by health insurance companies. We are happy to help your insurance company to show you the possible improvement in case of a clear functional impairment.
Please also understand that, out of medical responsibility, any attempt to issue a medically unjustified certificate of a functional impairment in the presence of a purely “cosmetic change” must be made on ethical grounds. However, please discuss a possible tax claim for your treatment costs with your tax consultant.
Where does the treatment take place?
Injection therapy is usually carried out on an outpatient basis in our Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery Clinic in Munich. If Liquid Facelift is planned in connection with a forehead or face lift, laser therapy or other operations, it can of course also be carried out in a clinic.
