Consultation as the beginning of a plastic surgery treatment
Welcome to our clinic for plastic and aesthetic surgery in Munich! We rely on mutual trust between patient and doctor and therefore we make a detailed preliminary consultation. During the consultation, we first record your patient data – most conveniently via your insurance card – and after a short waiting period you will be asked directly to one of our treatment rooms. There you will be welcomed and advised by Dr. von Isenburg or Dr. Neuhann-Lorenz. This is also where the examinations will take place afterwards.
Unfortunately, waiting times cannot always be avoided completely, as not all patients require exactly the amount of time previously calculated or procedures can sometimes take longer than originally planned. In such cases, you will be received by one of our competent assistants in the team, provided you have given your consent. This serves only to shorten your waiting time. In any case you will be personally examined and advised by Dr. von Isenburg or Dr. Neuhann-Lorenz before an operation and informed about all eventualities.
If you decide to have an operation, you will be provided with all the necessary documents and information material. If necessary, a photo will be taken, which will later serve as a basis for comparison (before/after photo). The decision for a surgery is not an easy one. We know this from years of experience. Therefore, you are asked to make an appointment for an operation by telephone only after a few days, so that you have enough time to consider your decision and take your time. This means that the operation will always take place at a later time than the individual consultation and examination – apart from individual exceptions.

Preparations used
In our clinic in Munich, hyaluronic acid-containing preparations, Artefill and endogenous fat as well as Botulinumtoxins® and EmaCure® are used in wrinkle therapy.
Treatment locations
Our modern and spacious practice rooms in Theatinerstraße 1 allow us to carry out many treatments and procedures directly on site. This is an advantage for you and for us, because we can provide you with optimal care as long as you stay in our facilities.
However, some treatments require more time, effort and medical control, which makes it necessary to treat you either in an outpatient day clinic or in a hospital. This is done in the hospital of the Paracelsus Klinik Munich or in the Iatros Klinik. Of course you will also receive optimal care there from Dr. Neuhann-Lorenz or Dr. von Isenburg and our team.
